Land East of Swindon Road, Wroughton

The land east of Swindon Road (aka Artis Farm) is outlined in red, with other land controlled by the applicant outlined in blue.

Our public consultation has now closed, and we have submitted an outline planning application to Swindon Borough Council.

Following the consultation and the completion of technical reports, we made significant changes to the proposal. Most notably, we will not be progressing with the initially included northern section of land. This website has been updated to show our current proposal, as submitted to Swindon Borough Council.

The new site area is approximately 10.2 hectares in total, and sits immediately east of Swindon Road.

 It is suitable for up to c.185 market and affordable homes, a possible convenience store, highways improvements and substantial landscaping which would include more than 5 hectares of public open space, totalling more than half the site.
