Land East of Swindon Road, Wroughton

Our proposals will incorporate more than 5 hectares of public open space (totalling more than half the site area), including play spaces and playing fields, spread throughout the site. This will ensure that both current and future residents have access to space for sports, play and recreational activity within easy walking distance.

Our proposed open space will:

1. Provide a natural area for new and existing residents to walk in and explore, connecting the two sections of the site.

2. Shield the new homes from the North Wessex Downs National Landscape (previously known as AONB)

3. Achieve a large Biodiversity Net Gain of at least 10%

4. Help to mitigate and manage any potential surface water concerns.
